Edmond de Rothschild REIM acquires logistics property in Bleiswijk

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has acquired a logistics property in the Netherlands for the Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund.

The property comprises a small logistics asset, constructed in 2008, which has a lettable floor area of 8,500 sqm. The complex is located at Spectrumlaan 5 in Bleiswijk on the PRISMA business park, close to the A12 motorway that links The Hague and Utrecht. The property is fully let to a single tenant.

Edmond de Rothschild REIM was advised by VBC Notarissen on legal and tax issues, by SGS Search on technical matters and by Hopman & Schreuders on commercial matters.

The Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund is open-ended and has a core plus risk profile. At the moment the portfolio consists of 14 assets with a total Gross Asset Value of approximately EUR 85 million. It aims to deliver to its investors an average net income return of more than 6% per annum over a ten-year period.

The open-ended fund is domiciled in Luxembourg in the form of a FCP-RAIF. Pancura S.A. is the Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Aztec Group is the Central Administrator.
