What is an OPCI?

An OPCI (Organisme de Placement Collectif Immobilier) is a property vehicle regulated by l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Cleaveland, a management company approved by l’AMF and holder of approval number GP10000005, creates and manages OPCIs and more specifically OPPCIs (OPCIs only available to professional investors).

Investment objective

Investing on an 8 year horizon in real estate assets and other financial instrument that present opportunities for value creation. The strategy will be implemented by Cleaveland, the real estate asset manager of Edmond de Rothschild (France). The OPCI does not offer any guarantee or capital protection.
