Cording strengthens UK residential team with three hires
Cording Real Estate Group, a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate investment management platform, has strengthened its UK residential team with the appointments of Victoria Fitzgerald, Je Sie Ong and Louise Kerr.
Victoria has been appointed as fund finance controller. She will be responsible for the accounting, investor reporting and regulatory reporting for Funding Affordable Homes, a social impact fund which invests in UK affordable housing, for which Cording has just been appointed as its property adviser.
Victoria joins from Man Group, where she was a fund accountant with responsibility for two large US housing funds. A qualified accountant, she has a MSc degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick.
Je Sie has been appointed fund finance manager. She will support Paul Waggott, fund financial controller, with financial accounting, investor reporting and regulatory reporting for Cording’s UK funds, including its two private rental sector (PRS) funds, Cording UK Residential Investment Fund and PRS Club 1, as well as its other commercial funds. Cording is currently developing four PRS schemes in Nottingham, Leicester and Warrington, comprising more than 1200 units.
