Pierre Jacquot is CEO of Edmond de Rothschild REIM with over 25 years of experience in real estate. He also supervises directly Fund Management activity in Switzerland.
After founding Orox Asset Management in Switzerland in 2007, Pierre Jacquot actively participated in the launch and the development of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV fund. In recent years, he has contributed to the integration of the investment and asset management entities in Germany, the United Kingdom, Benelux and France. Since September 2018, he has been a member of the Executive Committee of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management.
Pierre began his career in the construction industry in various international markets (Hong Kong, South Africa, Hungary then Switzerland). Within the Bouygues Group, he successively held positions in engineering, project management, acquisition, real estate development and management. In 2005, he managed the Geneva office of Losinger Construction.
He is also a Professor at the Institute of Real Estate Studies in Geneva and the SVIT School in Lausanne. He chairs the Swiss Association of Real Estate Economy - Section Romandie. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Edmond de Rothschild REIM (France), a director of Edmond de Rothschild REIM (UK) and of various investment vehicles.
Pierre is a Civil Engineer by training and is a graduate from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris.

Arnaud is Partner of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management. He serves as Deputy CEO, responsible for overseeing the real estate platform activity, directing operational investment strategies and coordinating Edmond de Rothschild Group’s real estate co-investments. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Arnaud is CEO of Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA, regulated by FINMA and operating in Switzerland on a discretionary basis, as well as on behalf of segregated accounts.
Prior to launching Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV, a leading Swiss listed Real Estate vehicle, Arnaud was Vice-President at CBRE Middle East, advising on more than USD 10 billlion in hotels development and M&A advisory. He began his career at CBRE Switzerland focusing on Capital Markets and transacted on more than CHF 5 billion of Swiss acquisitions since then, in all sectors. He contributed to the launching of Orox Capital Investment – Added Value Properties, the first Fund structured by Orox Asset Management SA in 2007.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a focus on Finance. In 2011, he followed an Executive Real Estate Management program at Harvard Business School. Arnaud sits on boards and investment committees of a number of real estate companies.

Rodney is Head of Business Development at Edmond de Rothschild REIMt with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. Rodney has gained extensive experience in building real estate management platforms, real estate investment, structuring and managing real estate funds for institutional investors in Europe.
Previously Rodney was CEO of Cording Real Estate Group following its merger in 2013 with Feldberg Capital, a German investment management business where he was CEO and owner of the company. Prior to Feldberg Capital, he was a Managing Director at Rothschild &Co, responsible for real estate investment banking in German-speaking Europe, from 2006 to 2008. During this period he advised on a number of large German real estate mergers and acquisitions.
Rodney began his career in 1988 at the HypoVereinsbank (now Unicredit), and his last position held was as Director of real estate funds, followed by seven years at Henderson Global Investors where he was Head of Germany, at first responsible for building the business in Continental Europe and then as Head of Business Development for the whole of Europe.
Rodney graduated from the University of London with an honours degree in Economics and Public Administration and also has a post-graduate diploma (RICS certified) in Property Investment from Reading University.

John is Chairman, UK Residential, with over 35 years of experience in investment markets. Previously he was Chairman of the Cording Real Estate Group, which he joined in 2012 with the aim of growing the UK real estate business.
John started his career as an equity fund manager before founding Morgan Grenfell Property Asset Management (latterly Deutsche Property Asset Management and then RREEF) in 1989, creating a series of UK property specialist sector funds.
He then became a director of the property forecasting and strategy firm, Real Estate Strategy Limited, before that business was placed into a joint venture with Henderson in 1993 to create a new property fund management business. He became Head of Property when Henderson was merged with AMP Asset Management, building and overseeing a global property investment business with operations in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, with a global range of investment products.
John then set up the independent fiduciary brand, Cordea Savills, in 2003 and had overall responsibility for the forming of a pan-European business through the creation of a suite of property funds, including specialist and diversified UK funds, specialist retail funds and pan-European funds. Savills acquired the management’s equity interest in Cordea Savills in 2010.
John is a graduate in Economics and Accounting from Kent University.

Lyes is Head of Fund Management in France for Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management and is responsible for the Regulated Fund Management business in France (including retail OPCI, professional OPC, FPS). He has 15 years of real estate experience.
Since 2012, there has been a period of strong growth in the French office, with assets under management increasing significantly, from EUR 0.2 billion to EUR 6.6 billion. Lyes has been responsible for the financial management, including securing and structuring debt finance, and the ongoing development of alternative investment funds. He also supervises and monitors the implementation of the strategy.
Lyes began his career in 2005 in real estate finance in London, first at Credit Agricole Corporate Investment Bank and then at Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2008, he joined Cleaveland as a Finance Manager becoming Head of Finance in 2012.
Lyes is a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine and he also holds a Masters in Finance from NEOMA Business School.

Reiner is based in Frankfurt and is responsible for the distribution of products at Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management. He has over 19 years of experience in structuring and placing real estate funds and investments.
Previously Reiner was Head of Business Development at Cording Real Estate Group, with responsibility for the development and placement of funds with European institutional investors and held a similar position at Feldberg Capital. Prior to Feldberg, he was Head of Product Development at MGPA (formerly Macquarie Global Property Advisors) in London and before that he was at UBS Global Asset Management, also in London, where he focused on the development of a number of international real estate funds. He was also the product manager for two continental European real estate funds with over €3 billion assets under management.
From 2001 to 2005 he worked at Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen Real Estate) in Frankfurt and London in the Business Development team, where he structured and placed real estate investments with German institutional investors.
Reiner is a graduate from the University of Cologne with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on finance, tax and statistics and holds a CEMS Master in International Management. He is a CFA Charterholder.

As Fund Manager of SMART Estate at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, Caroline has overall responsibility for the fund which invests in direct, innovative, and sustainable real estate assets based on a conviction driven investment model. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment management across all sectors and regions.
Caroline joined the team in 2017, having previously spent 13 years at Franklin Templeton Real Asset Advisors (FRAA), in a number of roles covering investment, portfolio management, client relationships, fund raising and business development in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe. She was based initially in New York and latterly in Geneva. She has extensive market knowledge and experience in investing, structuring and managing transactions across all sectors.
Prior to FRAA, Caroline also worked at French REIT, Foncière des Regions in Paris and at Tishman Speyer in London.
Caroline has a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, a Masters degree in Banking and Finance and a degree in Economics and Accounting from the Université Panthéon Assas, in Paris.

Alfred heads up the German investment management business at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, with responsibility for optimising existing German mandates and increasing assets under management. Alfred has over 13 years of experience with proven expertise in light industrial and logistics real estate.
Previously he was Head of Germany at Cording Real Estate Group, which he joined in early 2019. Prior to that he was Director - Head of Logistics at Corpus Sireo. Further positions in the career of the graduate business economist included Co-Head of Asset Management at M7 Real Estate and Head of Asset Management Germany at Hansteen.
In his previous positions, Alfred has been responsible for a transaction volume of more than EUR 500 million of light industrial and logistic acquisitions, the management of Germany-wide asset management teams, delivery of large scale logistic developments and the development of pan-European investment strategies with a focus on logistics and light industrial real estate.

François is Head of France at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, and is responsible for developing and growing the business, with more than 30 years’ experience in real estate.
Prior to joining Edmond de Rothschild, he was Chairman of Aviva Investors Real Estate France responsible for strategy and chairman of the Investment Committee. During his tenure at Aviva between 2014 and 2019, the business obtained its regulatory approval (AMF), raised EUR 1 billion of third party capital and launched five funds, three with pan-European strategies. The acquisition of EUR 3 billion also doubled assets under management during this period.
François has also held senior asset management roles at AEW, AXA REIM and CBRE Global Investors both in France and abroad. At AEW he was responsible for overseeing more than EUR 12.5 billion of assets.
François is a graduate of the Université Paris Dauphine and holds a DECF.

Bill is Head of Product Development at Edmond de Rothschild REIM with responsibility for developing and structuring funds and club investments. He has over 30 years experience in the investment management industry. Previously he was Head of Product Development and Chief Operating Officer at Cording Real Estate Group, responsible for the business’s operational platform and Chairman of its Investment and Risk Committee.
Bill started his career in 1987 at Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank and stayed until 2003. The majority of his time there was with Deutsche Property Asset Management (latterly RREEF, now DWS). Bill was a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank and was DePAM’s Chief Operating Officer. He joined the Savills Group in 2003 to assist in the formation and management of Cordea Savills, as Chief Operating Officer and member of Cordea Savills LLP. During Bill’s tenure with Cordea Savills (now Savills IM), he oversaw the development of their pan-European platform, and the creation and management of several funds and vehicles with sector and/or geographic focuses. Bill was also a permanent member of Cordea Savills’ Investment and Risk Committee, and Managing Director of Cordea Savills’ FCA regulated businesses.
Bill holds a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading.

Tim is Co-Head of Residential in the UK and Director of Residential Development and Asset Management at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, with over 28 years of experience.
He is responsible for overseeing project delivery, property management and lettings and focused on ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Tim held a similar position at Cording Real Estate Group which he joined in 2016.
Before jointly founding Capres with Charlie Miller, Tim was an executive director at two of the largest affordable housing groups, Home Group and Places for People, where he was involved in setting up the group’s PRS companies, later joining Network Housing Group in 2005.
Tim holds the MCIOB and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Greenwich.

Ralf is responsible for the development of the real estate debt business at Edmond de Rothschild REIM. He has over two decades of experience and track record in real estate finance. Ralf has acted as a banker/lender in the UK, German, Austrian, Dutch and Swiss markets, as a borrower/investor in private markets and as a borrower/issuer in the capital markets.
Previously he was CEO/CFO of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate and CEO of Fair Value REIT, both listed German commercial property companies. In 2013, he founded Arbireo Capital, an investment manager and advisory firm in the German real estate market. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at Barclays Capital, in Frankfurt and London, where he worked in the Structured Finance Team and later led the Real Estate Investment Banking Team in the DACH region. Ralf started his career at PwC in Tokyo in 1998.

Mark heads up the UK office of Edmond de Rothschild REIM and is also Head of Investment, UK, with over 35 years of experience in the UK real estate and investment markets. Previously he held a similar role at Cording Real Estate Group, of which he was also a founding member in 2008. He is responsible for formulating and implementing investment strategies for clients and working with the fund and asset managers, both to grow the business and deliver client objectives.
Mark has worked in the UK commercial property investment market since joining Jones Lang Wootton as a graduate in 1983. He left to become a founder of Millar Kitching in the early 1990's which became a successful advisory business specialising in investment and asset management. The business transacted over £3.5bn of investments and had over £1.6bn of properties under management on behalf of institutional and family office clients. The business was sold in 2005.
Mark has a degree in Real Estate Investment and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Charlie is Co-Head of Residential in the UK and Director of Residential Transactions at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, responsible for sourcing Private Rented Sector opportunities. He has more than 20 years’ experience acquiring, planning and carrying out residential-led urban regeneration project in London and across the UK. Previously he held a similar role at Cording Real Estate Group, having joined in 2016.
Prior to Cording, Charlie was a partner with Tim Holden in Capres where he was responsible for driving the acquisitions forward for London & Stamford‘s £350 million residential portfolio four years ago. He also acquired for investors, an £80 million Build to Rent project in Harrow as well as a 350 unit scheme in Denham.

Reporting to Rodney Bysh, head of business development, Jonny, 46, focusses on fundraising for the firm’s UK and European real estate products and strategies in both the commercial and residential sectors and works with the teams in promoting these to investors. Based in the UK, he is part of Edmond de Rothschild REIM’s business development team, which otherwise consists of Rodney Bysh, Reiner Beckers and Patrick Hermann, based in Germany, and Rebecca Hughes, also based in the UK.
Jonny has significant experience in raising capital, having previously spent five years as a director at CAPRA Global Partners, a capital markets advisory group, and, prior to this, five years at Westmount Reality Capital, heading its European capital raising operation. Before that, he worked at Topland Group, a large privately-owned property company, where he was responsible for sourcing, analysing and transacting on UK and European property investments. Over the last five years he has successfully raised capital for pan-European logistics, Nordic healthcare, European debt and Canadian residential strategies.

Damien joined the Edmond de Rothschild Group in 2005 and held the position of Deputy to the Head of Internal Audit before joining Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management. Damien has audited a large number of businesses in the Group during his career, with a focus on portfolio management, private equity and real estate.

Stephan is Head of Investment, Germany, at Edmond de Rothschild REIM, with responsibility for sourcing and acquiring assets in Germany. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.
He held a similar role at Cording Real Estate Group and was part of the Feldberg Capital team when it merged with Cording in 2013. Prior to this, Stephan worked at AEW (formerly known as Curzon) in London between 2007 and 2011 as Director of Investment. In this role he successfully sourced and executed various pan-European acquisitions. Onno Scheij heads the Benelux office, of Edmond de Rothschild REIM with over 25 years of experience in portfolio and asset management. He is based in Amsterdamand held a similar role at Cording Real Estate which he joined in 2015.
Onno established the Amsterdam office of Horizon Netherlands in 2004 and was responsible for all Dutch activities, initially on an exclusive basis for Deka Immobilien but later also for clients such as BlackRock, AEW & Akron. From 2012, Horizon Netherlands widened its exposure to the Benelux as asset and investment manager on behalf of TH Real Estate and Warburg-Henderson. Horizon was acquired by Cording Real Estate Group in 2015.
Onno began his career in 1993 in property management at De Boer Den Hartog Hooft (currently Bilfinger) in Amsterdam. In his last role he was Business Unit Manager, Commercial Real Estate. In 2000 he moved to VIB (later Corio) where he was responsible for a portfolio of industrial and office properties in the Netherlands, and was Head of Valuations.

Theo Soeters is Head of Fund Management at Edmond de Rothschild REIM with over 25 years experience in international capital markets and real estate investment management. Previously he held a similar role at Cording Real Estate Group.
In his career prior to joining Cording in 2018, Theo established the real estate investment management business of ING Real Estate in Paris from 2000 until 2008 when he returned to the Netherlands and established his own advisory business working for institutional investors in refinancing and restructuring for over 10 years.
Theo has managed two European logistics and industrial funds for ING Real Estate with c.€ 1.5 billion assets under management in France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands.
Theo holds a master degree in Economics from Free University in Amsterdam.
