Edmond de Rothschild REIM acquires logistics asset at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has acquired a logistics facility at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
The facility at Fokkerweg 165-167 (Oude Meer), which is a multi-modal logistics hotspot with excellent transport links to the A4, A9 and N201, was acquired for the Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund (EIREF) from Kroonenberg Groep. Totalling 4,355 sq m, it is let to R. Nagel, a transport company, and Ritra Cargo, a logistics company.
The acquistion was carried out by Edmond de Rothschild REIM’s Dutch team, advised by Wallstone Capital, CDL Real Estate, VBC Notarissen and SGS Search. Kroonenberg Groep was advised by Houthoff.

The Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund, which has a core-plus risk profile, aims at providing stable distributions. The fund is structured as an FCP-RAIF domiciled in Luxembourg. Pancura SA is the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
